Where Integrations Go Wrong
A status such as "closed" can mean paid in one system and canceled in another. We map those differences before we connect anything, then build on the platform that fits: Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or custom APIs. We're alliance partners with both Microsoft and Boomi.
Know What It Takes Before You Commit
Before we connect anything, we map every system involved, the data that moves between them, and the rules each one follows, in a Discovery Workshop with your key people in the room. You leave with an integration plan, an estimate, and a recommended platform.
If the discovery doesn't provide value, you don't have to pay for it.

What Custom Integrations With Trailhead Deliver
Application & Cloud Integration
Application-to-application (A2A) and cloud-to-cloud integration link the systems your business already runs on, like your CRM, ERP, and cloud services. Unlike platform systems integrators, we aren't tied to any one integration platform, so we use off-the-shelf connectors where they fit and build custom ones where they fall short.
Custom APIs & EDI
Custom APIs and electronic data interchange (EDI) let retailers, suppliers, and customers exchange orders, invoices, and account data with you directly, without email attachments or manual uploads. We manage those APIs with access control and usage limits and monitor them, so your team gets an alert when a connection fails.
Real-Time, Event-Driven Integration
With event-driven architecture, your systems react as soon as an order ships or a record changes, instead of waiting for tonight's batch job.
Data Sync & ETL
Data synchronization and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes keep records consistent across systems and feed your data warehouse, so reports from different departments agree.
Legacy Integration Migration
We move aging SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and BizTalk integrations to Azure Integration Services, such as Logic Apps and Service Bus. We carry over the mappings and business rules they depend on, then retire the servers they ran on.
AI Integrations
We connect your existing systems and data to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot by building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that set what records an assistant can read and what actions it can take. Those connections can also power the AI features we build into your own software.

Who Does the Work
A senior engineer leads the work, and your IT team reviews the data mappings with us as we build each integration. You own all of the code, configuration, and documentation.
You'll see working integrations at the end of every sprint, and test them against copies of your real data before anything touches production.
What Happens After Launch
Integrations need attention after they go live: a vendor updates an API, a partner changes a file format, or the business adds a system. We can stay on to maintain them and add new connections through Feature Development, or hand them over to your team to support.
Tell us which systems aren't talking to each other, and we'll set up a call with an engineer who has done this kind of work.
