TruckerDocs needed a mobile app that keeps owner-operator truckers' compliance documents and renewals in one place. Trailhead built the iOS and Android app and its Azure cloud back end, from Discovery Workshop through App Store launch.
Trucker Docs – Mobile App

Project Background

Clay Gerringer, founder of TruckerDocs, runs a permit-services company that helps owner-operator truck drivers stay compliant with their permits, taxes, and renewals. His clients struggled to locate the documents they needed at renewal time, so he set out to give truckers a file cabinet in their phone.

MOBILE APP & CLOUD SERVICES

Trailhead launched the TruckerDocs project with a Discovery Workshop and helped transform a notebook of ideas into features, requirements, and phased releases. TruckerDocs is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscribing customers can enter their account information and expiration dates to keep everything in one place and receive notifications when renewals are due. Data is securely transferred and stored using Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage, so even if they lose their phone, all of their information can be restored easily.

Montage Portal

Montage Furniture Services provides furniture protection plans and claims processing services to a wide selection of furniture retailers and consumers.

Project Background

Montage was looking to build a new web portal for both Retailers and Consumers, which would integrate with Dynamics CRM and other legacy systems. The portal needed to be multi tenant and support branding and configuration for different Retailers. Trailhead architected the new Montage Platform, including the Portal and all of it’s back end integrations, did the UI/UX and then delivered the new system, along with enhancements to DevOps and processes.
