Project Background

Montage supports furniture and jewelry retailers with protection plans, warranty claims, and repair services delivered through its technician network. Its existing platform connected retailers and technicians to a backend claims management system, and as Montage prepared to onboard more retailers, it needed to scale beyond its existing limits.

COMPLETE SET OF B2B PORTALS AND APIS

Trailhead modernized the experience, replacing costly image-management software and integrating the new applications with Montage’s transition to Dynamics. The team built responsive portals integrated with Montage’s new Dynamics backend, enabling branded retailer onboarding, claims and plan management, replacement and parts workflows, and service actions. New APIs also supported sales processing and integrations with technician firms.

FILEBOUND REPLACEMENT

Trailhead built a cost-effective FileBound replacement and migrated tens of millions of documents from AWS to Azure.

Montage Portal

Montage Furniture Services provides furniture protection plans and claims processing services to a wide selection of furniture retailers and consumers.

Project Background

Montage was looking to build a new web portal for both Retailers and Consumers, which would integrate with Dynamics CRM and other legacy systems. The portal needed to be multi tenant and support branding and configuration for different Retailers. Trailhead architected the new Montage Platform, including the Portal and all of it’s back end integrations, did the UI/UX and then delivered the new system, along with enhancements to DevOps and processes.
