Project Background

Avail Technologies provides intelligent transportation solutions for public transit agencies. Their legacy Communications feature, which dispatchers use to reach bus drivers, needed modernizing to improve usability and align with their updated platform.

COMMUNICATIONS FEATURE

Trailhead partnered with Avail Technologies to rebuild their Communications feature as part of their modernized platform. The team worked closely with Avail to ensure the new feature integrated seamlessly with their existing systems, which was critical given its role in coordinating real-time operations. In addition to modernizing the technology, Trailhead designed an intuitive, streamlined interface to improve usability, enabling dispatchers to quickly review message history and initiate communications. Features included the ability to queue messages for future delivery, send canned messages, and communicate with multiple recipients based on criteria such as vehicle, driver, or route. The system was built to be mobile-responsive, so dispatchers can manage communications on the go, even from the bus yard.

Montage Portal

Montage Furniture Services provides furniture protection plans and claims processing services to a wide selection of furniture retailers and consumers.

Project Background

Montage was looking to build a new web portal for both Retailers and Consumers, which would integrate with Dynamics CRM and other legacy systems. The portal needed to be multi tenant and support branding and configuration for different Retailers. Trailhead architected the new Montage Platform, including the Portal and all of it’s back end integrations, did the UI/UX and then delivered the new system, along with enhancements to DevOps and processes.
