With a track record of delivering exceptional solutions across multiple industries, he excels in identifying and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs. Before coming to Trailhead, Mark held senior leadership positions at Thoughtworks and Morningstar where he played pivotal roles in digital transformation initiatives, enterprise solution delivery, product management, and market growth. He brings a blend of business leadership experience and technical knowledge into client engagements. Mark earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science. Outside of work, he serves on the Board of Advisors for The Morton Arboretum and is deeply committed to community development.

Montage Portal

Montage Furniture Services provides furniture protection plans and claims processing services to a wide selection of furniture retailers and consumers.

Project Background

Montage was looking to build a new web portal for both Retailers and Consumers, which would integrate with Dynamics CRM and other legacy systems. The portal needed to be multi tenant and support branding and configuration for different Retailers. Trailhead architected the new Montage Platform, including the Portal and all of it’s back end integrations, did the UI/UX and then delivered the new system, along with enhancements to DevOps and processes.
