Syne – Mobile App & Wearable

Trailhead built the Syne mobile app and cloud platform to process and store biometric readings from a wearable via Bluetooth and to provide caregivers of chronically ill patients real-time health insights.

Project Background

Syne co-founders Dr. Rosey Olivero and Dr. Tony Olivero saw a pressing need to provide real-time health monitoring for patients with chronic illness. Syne is a wearable device that combines real-time biometric data and personalized analytics to help patients and their caregivers stay on top of any changes in health.

MOBILE APP + CLOUD SERVICES

Trailhead assisted Syne’s co-founders to transform their vision of real-time health monitoring device for chronically ill patients into a tangible reality.

Through a Discovery Workshop, Trailhead distilled the vision into actionable requirements and implementation phases. Leveraging a robust technological stack that included Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and .NET MAUI, Trailhead build the Syne mobile app and cloud platform. The mobile app seamlessly captures and analyzes biometric data from the wearable device using Bluetooth LE, and uses push notifications to provide timely alerts for users and caregivers, ensuring proactive health management.

Trailhead exceeded expectations, delivering a sleek, intuitive, and highly functional smartphone app and cloud service infrastructure that brought Syne’s vision to life.

Montage Portal

Montage Furniture Services provides furniture protection plans and claims processing services to a wide selection of furniture retailers and consumers.

Project Background

Montage was looking to build a new web portal for both Retailers and Consumers, which would integrate with Dynamics CRM and other legacy systems. The portal needed to be multi tenant and support branding and configuration for different Retailers. Trailhead architected the new Montage Platform, including the Portal and all of it’s back end integrations, did the UI/UX and then delivered the new system, along with enhancements to DevOps and processes.
